Clear Lake Betterment Association Mission Statement: To promote good recreation and water safety for Clear Lake in Marshall County, SD by undertaking studies for controlling water levels, minimizing pollution and protecting the environment; to promote good ecology for Clear Lake and surrounding areas in an effort to make better, safer boating, swimming, water skiing, and improve fishing and fishing condition; to build and maintain a park and plent of all occupants of lake shore property.
